Our business hours are 9am-4pm EST, we ship orders out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Due to high demand processing takes 2 weeks, we use USPS Priority shipping which takes 2-4 days.
*Processing time may be longer during sales and holiday seasons.
We can only process refunds or exchange for lost/stolen/damaged ONLY if you opt in for our shipping insurance. This option is conveniently attached to your checkout. If removed your are held liable for damage, loss and theft.
Item is LOST when it has not been updated by USPS for more than a week after they scanned it in their system
If product came damage please access our Exchange Portal for s reshipment. Please select exchange for the damaged items and attach a picture.
Unfortunately once an order is placed we cannot cancel. The reason is Sugar Baby runs on a tight production and processing schedule. However if you need to change your shipping address please email our support help@sugarbabycare.co with 'ADDRESS CHANGE' as subject within 2 hours.
See results or get your money back! We will never promise that you'll see results overnight. Some people may see results in 2-3 weeks after usage but it may take you 2 months of consistent use to see results. But we guarantee that you'll see improvements in 90 days!
In the rare event that you don't see any results, here are the steps to follow to validate and claim your money back for the products you purchased.
Step 1: Always take a before picture before you start using the products so that you can have something to compare your progress to.
Make sure you email your before picture to help@sugarbabycare.co within 7 days of receiving your products - without this, your money-back claim will be invalid as we want to avoid a small number of people scamming the system by taking pictures a few days apart.
Step 2: Follow our step-by-step guide on how to use the products under each product description
Follow the product's directions for a minimum of 90 days.
Remember it's not necessarily a fast results process for everyone. We use only natural ingredients so you have to be patient to give the products time to work.
Step 3: After 90 days of using our products, if you don't see any improvements in your skin then take another picture and email it to help@sugarbabycare.co making sure the lighting is similar to your before picture.
After that, we will provide you with answers on your refund approval.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For hygiene purposes, we don't offer returns or exchanges for our products. However if your product comes in damaged please refer to our Exchange Portal to have your package reshipped.
REFUNDS
At Sugar Baby Care, all sales are final. If the issue occurs such as theft, loss, and damage please use our Exchange Portal.
Although we try our best to avoid mistakes, this can happen. Please refer to our Exchange Portal and select exchange on your missing items, please also attach a photo of our packing slip so we can have your items reshipped.
You may track your orders using our tracking portal Track Order once shipped. Orders that are in production will not be tracked. Make sure to email us at help@sugarbabycare.co
